NightSpot helps people discover nightlife venues and rewards them for going out. We partner with a small group of artists who introduce NightSpot to their audience, either with a tracked code that pays on every signup, or with an ownership stake and a residual on every venue that joins.
What NightSpot does
A nightlife discovery and loyalty app for 21+ audiences: users find bars, clubs and lounges nearby, see live crowd levels and specials, check in for loyalty rewards, and get rewarded for bringing friends. Venues pay to be listed.
Two partnership options — the artist picks
Referral Code Partner
The artist shares a personal code, and every signup it brings in is counted and paid.

How each option works
Option 1 — Referral Code Partner
You get a personal code
NightSpot gives the artist a unique referral code and a shareable link. Nothing to install, nothing to build.
The artist shares it
A story, a post, a link in bio, or a mention at a show. The artist promotes NightSpot to their own audience.
We track and pay
Every signup that comes through that code is attributed to the artist. We report the numbers and pay out on schedule.
Option 2 — Equity Residual Partner
No code needed
The artist just talks about NightSpot. Fans download the app and sign up on their own, with no code to enter.
The artist takes an ownership stake
The artist owns a percentage of NightSpot, with the share and the terms agreed in writing up front.
Income from every venue
A residual on every venue that becomes a NightSpot member, paid out monthly for as long as the partnership runs.
What the artist does
